Puzzling debate over 'czars' in the House 

Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., is on the House floor now complaining about a Republican amendment to defund several "czar" positions within the Obama administration. The term "czar" has been around for some time to describe executive advisors, so I don't quite understand what she was getting at when she said this:

"Czars are from Russia. This is the United States of America. I think that throwing this kind of terminology around is really not befitting of the House."

Maybe next they'll stop using the word "budget."
