Prisoner angry over being set free at end of sentence

Thorn Peters of Memphis, Tenn., was furious about being let out of jail, even though he had been held for 19 months on just a misdemeanor marijuana charge. He berated the judge who released him, complaining about being sent out into the snow in just a tank top and pajama bottoms. Peters demanded to know if he was in contempt of court yet and promised he would be back in jail soon.
