Prince George has a nanny

Reporting for royal baby duty! Kate Middleton and Prince William have found a new nanny to take care of their 7-month-old son, Prince George, a source tells Us Weekly.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s new hire was spotted pushing the baby in a stroller, accompanied by two protection officers, in Kensington Gardens last week.

According to an insider, George’s nanny — whose name has yet to be disclosed — is from Spain and in her 30s. She has reportedly lived in the U.K. for more than 20 years and has mostly cared for children of the aristocracy in the past.

The nanny was hired just in time for Middleton and Prince William’s romantic vacation in the Maldives, while George stays with his grandparents, Michael and Carole Middleton.

Next month, Will, Kate and their son are scheduled to visit New Zealand and Australia for a three-week tour; the trip will mark Prince George’s first official public appearance.
