Police seek public's help finding at-risk woman 

San Francisco police are asking for the public's help in locating an at-risk woman who was reported missing from her care facility in San Francisco on Thursday.

San Francisco police spokeswoman Officer Grace Gatpandan said Angela Passanisi, 34, was reported missing from her care facility located near Golden Gate Park on Thursday.

Passanisi has health issues that require daily medication, according to Gatpandan.

Passanisi is described as a white woman standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 135 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, police said.

According to police, Passanisi was last seen wearing a white or beige baseball hat, a gray fleece jacket and blue jeans.

Gatpandan said Passanisi has been known to frequent the Golden Gate Park area.

Anyone with information regarding Passanisi's whereabouts is urged to call San Francisco Police Department's Anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or text-a-tip to TIP411 with "SFPD" at the beginning of the message.

Police said anyone who comes in contact with Passanisi should call the San Francisco Police Department at (415) 553-1071.
