Police ID suspect in stabbing death in San Leandro 

San Leandro police are looking for a 19-year-old in the stabbing death of the 15-year-old mother of their baby in San Leandro.

Police have identified Henry Leon of Oakland as a suspect in the stabbing. Lt. Jeff Tudor says the victim was found stabbed numerous times in the torso at a home in the city around 6:20 p.m. Friday.

The girl, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tudor says Leon and the girl have a 9-month-old child together. Leon is driving a dark blue 2004 Cadillac Escalade with black rims and California license plate 5SBE608.

It was San Leandro's first homicide of 2012.
