Millbrae

Conspiracies: A woman residing on the 500 block of Millbrae Avenue reported on Sept. 28 that someone put a probe or "some sort of device behind her cornea" and accused the Millbrae Police Department and federal government of harassing her.

Redwood City

Armed robbery: A 41-year-old man was pistol-whipped and robbed behind a building on the 3500 block of Rolison Road at 10:37 p.m. Sept. 28. The two clean-cut muggers left the victim bleeding from the head and drove off with his wallet in a white Chevy Blazer.

San Mateo

Pole hitter: A drunken driver hit a pole on the 1200 block of 31st Avenue at 9:11 p.m. Oct. 2 and passed out at the wheel before he could succeed in his attempts to flee the area.

South City

School assault: A 14-year-old boy was assaulted by a fellow student at South San Francisco High School on El Camino Real at 7:57 p.m. Oct. 1, according to his mother, who took him to the Kaiser Permanente emergency room for treatment.

Draeger’s checkout: An employee of Draeger’s supermarket on Utah Avenue had her check stolen and cashed during the morning of Oct. 1.

Burlingame

Car picked clean: A laptop, cash and an expensive black pen were stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of Chapin Lane before 11:41 a.m. Oct. 1.

San Bruno

Fire starters: A group of juveniles was reported at 10:11 p.m. Sept. 29 setting bonfires and making noise on the 300 block of Piedmont.

Daly City

Bicycle grand theft: Someone with access to the shared storage area of an apartment complex on the 1000 block of San Luis Circle stole an expensive bicycle sometime overnight Sept. 28.
