These are excerpts from Peninsula police departments’ daily log of activities. Incidents are listed by city.

South City

Pit bullied: A caller from North Spruce Avenue reported at 7:06 p.m. March 25 that he was attacked by a pit bull and had bites on his chest.

Daly City

Phone tag: Harassing phone calls were received on Belhaven Avenue at 2:09 p.m. March 28. Threats of physical harm were made to two individuals.

Foster City

Hotel lot targeted: A front desk clerk at the Courtyard Hotel on Shell Boulevard requested to speak to an officer at 11:48 a.m. March 26 regarding two auto burglaries which occurred in the hotel’s parking lot.

San Mateo

Shirtless stumbler: A caller stated at 12:49 a.m. March 24 from East 40th Avenue that a man in front of the residence appeared to only have a pair of pants on and was stumbling around as if intoxicated or drugged.

Protective parent: At 10:59 a.m. March 24 from the 600 block of 28th Avenue, a caller reported that a dark BMW driving around the area stopped in front of her house and was staring at her daughter until the driver saw the caller and drove away.

Redwood City

Dropped call: A resident called at 6:06 p.m. March 24 stating their cell phone fell into the gutter and wanted the Fire Department to retrieve it.

In hot water: A mother called at 11:11 p.m. March 24 from Dockside Circle stating that her 29-year-old daughter poured boiling water over her head.

Burlingame

Rx, or else: A man called his doctor and threatened to kill him if he did not receive his Vicodin prescription on the 1800 block of El Camino Real before 9:24 a.m. on March 28.

San Bruno

Fight: Two women fought, and on received a cut above her left eye on the 1200 block of El Camino Real before 7:23 p.m. on March 29.
