Alms from the poor: A woman on the 1200 block of El Camino Real called to say that she did not feel good and was upset because the church took all of her money and that no one would help her, then hung up, before 11:26 a.m. May 11.

Burlingame

Car accident: A car hit a pole and the two people inside were bleeding on the corner of Howard Avenue and Myrtle Road before 1:53 p.m. May 11.

Daly City

Dental extraction: An embezzlement complaint was reported at 12:10 p.m. May 13 from a dentist in the 1400 block of Southgate Avenue. The suspect worked as a receptionist and was suspected of embezzling money and goods at a loss of $949. The suspect may have fled to the Philippines.

San Mateo

ER interview: An assault victim in the emergency room wanted to speak with an officer at 12:01 a.m. May 10 about an incident at North Ellsworth and Monte Diablo avenues.

Dude, where’s my car?: A caller inquired at 5:12 p.m. May 10 from East 25th and Palm avenues about a 2005 black Nissan Maxima that was parked somewhere in the area the previous night by his daughter, who was drinking at the time and didn’t remember where she parked the vehicle.

Lingering: At 4:23 p.m. May 12 a patient, who had already been discharged, was seen in the emergency room at 100 S. San Mateo Drive and refused to leave.

South City

Bad boy: At 9:52 p.m. May 13 from Pine Avenue, a caller said her son kept attacking her and destroying the place. The caller refused medical assistance.

Scary movie? A caller reported at 9:35 p.m. May 13 from Magnolia Avenue to report that her son called from Blockbuster and said he was going to walk to her house, and she was scared.
