Burlingame

Break it up: Paddy Flynne patrons held down a man who punched another man as police responded to the 200 block of Lorton Avenue at 1 a.m. Jan. 12.

Belmont

No-return policy: A Safeway store manager reported at 4:44 p.m. Jan. 12 on El Camino Real that a subject took a sandwich and chips and tried to return them. The manager asked for an officer to respond.

Millbrae

Shots fired: Four shots were reported in the area of Ashton and Sequoia avenues at 8:29 p.m. Jan. 12.

Daly city

Identity theft: Someone reported at 9:17 a.m. Jan. 10 from the 100 block of Westmoor Avenue that she was the victim of identity theft by a suspect who signed school papers changing contact information.

Water mark: The East Market at Third Avenue reported at 9:55 a.m. Jan. 10 that suspects had burglarized the Glacier Water vending machine by prying the lock. A loss of 500 to 700 coins and $2,500 in damage to the machine were reported.

Toilet caper: A caller reported at 11:50 p.m. Jan. 11 from Edgewood Court that two subjects were involved in a physical altercation after one accused the other of urinating on her toilet seat. They pulled each other’s hair and punched each another. One subject was transported to Seton Hospital for a bite wound to her left bicep.

San Mateo

Food fight: A caller reported at 12:35 a.m. Jan. 11 from 1700 block of South Amphlett Boulevard that three males in the parking lot were throwing food at cars. All three had been drinking.

Smash and give? A caller was awakened at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 11 in the 500 block North San Mateo Drive when her car alarm went off. The car window was smashed and she found a purse in the vehicle that does not belong to her.
