Pelosi: We have the votes for health care. Clyburn: We haven't started counting yet. 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., hints that she has the votes to push health care reform through the House. This is not unfathomable, considering that there are some 18 Democratic "no" votes from last time that are still in contention to switch to "yes."

Except that Pelosi's deputy, Majority Whip James Clyburn, D-S.C., said yesterday he hasn't started counting yet.
