Pedestrian injured in N-Judah accident

An accident involving a pedestrian and a light rail vehicle briefly disrupted westbound service on San Francisco Municipal Railway's
N-Judah line Thursday afternoon.

The accident was reported at 2:39 p.m. at Ninth Avenue and Judah Street. The pedestrian was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not
believed to be life-threatening.

Bus shuttles were set up to serve N-Judah riders between the intersections of Carl Street and Hillway Avenue and Judah Street and 19th
Avenue, Muni spokeswoman Kristen Holland said.

Service was restored shortly after 3 p.m.
