Pedestrian hit by vehicle in S.F. 

A pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle in San Francisco on Thursday morning sustained minor injuries, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.

The pedestrian, described as a man in his 50s, was transported to San Francisco General Hospital after a vehicle struck him just before 5:50 a.m. at San Bruno Avenue and Bacon Street, San Francisco fire Lt. Carl Drake said.

Officers ran a routine check on the driver of the vehicle and no arrests were made, according to Drake. City streets are not blocked by the crash, Drake said.
