Pedestrian death sparks community prayer service in Chinatown

Reverend Norman Fong, the Executive Director of Chinatown Community Development Center and Walk San Francisco hold a Community Prayer and Call to Action on Wednesday morning in Chinatown to call attention to the death of 78-year-old Pui Fong Yim Lee after being struck by a car on Saturday, Sept. 20th in Chinatown. Lee is the 13th pedestrian fatality in San Francisco this year.
