Officer breaks up brutal brawl between women of the night

A police sergeant dodged harrowing high-heels and Mace while busting up a brutal battle between alleged prostitutes, police said.

The apparently nimble sergeant came upon two young “working women” who were striking a third woman in the head with their high-heel shoes near Pine and Larkin streets in San Francisco around 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

Cops say they don’t know how the brawl began, but saw first-hand how high-heels can make for a cruel weapon. The victim suffered injuries serious enough for a trip to the hospital, they said.

While the sergeant cuffed one assailant, the other suspect Maced the victim, adding stinging eyes to her list of ailments, police said.

“The sergeant somehow managed to avoid getting hit with the Mace,” police said.

The assailants were arrested for felony assault charges, police said.
