Hope and change and music and dancing -- in German! A theater group in Frankfurt, Germany is staging a musical about President Obama's campaign, featuring a duet with Hillary Clinton and appearances by John McCain and Sarah Palin. Not the real ones, though -- actors. Notes the AP:

In all, 30 singers, actors and dancers are to perform in the musical "Hope -- the Obama Musical Story" when it opens at the Jahrhunderthalle concert hall in Frankfurt in a bilingual mix of English and German. The audience may recognize that many songs quote from the politicians' stump speeches during the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign.

Sounds like a real hoot. Most of the performers, including Jimmie Wilson, who plays Obama, are American. "Hope," the musical is the third international show celebrating Obama. The others wereT "Obama On My Mind" in London and "Obama: The Musical" in Nairobi, Kenya.
