Northwest flight attendants fight to strike 

A federal appeals court on Thursday upheld an injunction barring a strike by flight attendants at Northwest Airlines Corp. (NWACQ), which is operating under bankruptcy court protection. The flight attendants had sought the right to strike after Northwest, with a bankruptcy judge’s permission, imposed pay cuts and other work rule changes as it reorganized.

DaimlerChrysler AG’s (DCX) Chrysler Group on Thursday announced limited satellite television service for its 2008 Dodge and Chrysler minivans and several other models. The company, which invented the minivan, is teaming with Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. to bring three channels — Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network — to the next generation of minivans.
