No felony case in Justin Bieber cellphone tussle

Justin Bieber is out of super serious trouble in connection with a cellphone incident in Southern California.

On Thursday, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office announced that it declined to file a felony charge against pop star in an alleged tussle with a woman over a cellphone at miniature golf course in Sherman Oaks.

The case was referred to the Los Angeles city attorney for consideration of a possible misdemeanor prosecution.

The woman said Bieber pulled her phone out of her purse to see if she was videotaping him when he was hitting balls at a batting cage at the family entertainment center in May. She showed him she was not.

According to the district attorney's report, the woman said her daughter was crying. When police interviewed the girl, she said she was crying out of excitement at seeing the The Biebs.
