Newsom Tracker: All quiet on the mayoral front 

It will be a quiet Tuesday for Mayor Gavin Newsom who will stay inside City Hall and hold meetings with staff. He might duck out for a few hours to make campaign phone calls and perhaps attend a conference about Proposition 23 -- the ballot measure that would suspend California’s landmark climate bill AB 32. By the way, Newsom is opposed to Proposition 23.
