Newsom offers $10K reward for shooter 

Mayor Gavin Newsom has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man who allegedly shot and paralyzed a man during a robbery in June.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the criminal investigations unit at the San Francisco Police Department at (415) 553-1201.

Michael Douglas Nealy, 33, is the primary suspect in a robbery that occurred on June 23 at 1019 Golden Gate Ave., officer Samson Chan said.

The victim was robbed at gunpoint outside an apartment complex, Chan said. Then the robber shot the victim several times, which left the victim paralyzed.
