New York Times calls NLRB move against Boeing "highly unusual" 

You know that the Obama administration has gone far in its campaign against private business at the behest of unions when even the New York Times is struggling to find precedent for the government's actions.

The Times' article on the National Labor Relations Board complaint against Boeing for building a non-union factory in South Carolina starts by saying that it "may be the strongest signal yet of the new pro-labor orientation" of the NLRB.

It also notes that, "It is highly unusual for the federal government to seek to reverse a corporate decision as important as the location of plant."
