Muni delays persist from disruption at Church and Duboce streets

Muni service on the N-Judah and J-Church lines was affected at Church and Duboce streets Monday evening during the evening commute because of a derailed train, according to the transit agency.

An outbound N-Judah train derailed at the Church and Duboce intersection, according to the agency.

Becuase of the derailment, outbound service on the light-rail lines was being terminated in the subway at Van Ness station. The N-Judah and J-Church trains operated in the subway, but shuttle buses were operating in place of the trains outbound past the derailment.

Inbound J-Church trains were switched back at 16th and Church streets; N-Judah trains were turned back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue, according to 511.org.
