Morning Examiner: Obscure appointee will turn election on its head! Huge Dem gains!

Obama’s going to appoint Elizabeth Warren? Whoa! I take it all back: Now Democrats are not only going to hold the House and Senate — they’re going to gain seats in both. And governorships. There won’t be any Republicans left!

Liberal journalists taking consolation in how bad the congressional GOP’s approval numbers are. They should ask Republicans how that worked out for them in 2006.

It doesn’t even matter what Sharron Angle’s numbers are. If Reid is really anywhere near 41 percent, he’s toast.

Speaking of Reid, this is just sickening. “My pet?” Is he trying to get Christine O’Donnell elected?

How to deal with gang members? Same way you kill any other small business — sue them. (Huh, maybe we can even get Obama to impose a health care mandate on gangs.)

Vince Gray narrowly won in D.C. after capturing 82 percent of the vote in overwhelmingly black Wards 7 and 8.

AFT, the teachers’ union, spent $1 million to get rid of Mayor Fenty and D.C. schools chancellor Michelle Rhee.  They can now undo all of the success D.C. has had with reform. Well done, love to see teachers who are committed to our children’s future.

How much did the Dems pay to have someone design that ridiculous “Circle-D” logo? What does it mean? Overdose? Do over? Who else thinks it’s going to be history after the next election?
