Morning Examiner: Budget cuts are only painful to politicians 

President Obama is scheduled to release his budget today. Expect reporters, in need of an adjective to make a budget story more interesting, to use the term "painful." Wonder if Obama wound up using that razor after all.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's, D-Calif., "Green the Capitol" initiative, in which congressmen and their staffers were terrorized by being forced to use biodegradable silverware, is finally over. No, Sam I am, I will not eat Nancy Pelosi's green eggs and ham.

Jen Rubin notes that Mitt Romney has a reality problem. Chris Cillizza realizes Orrin Hatch has a TARP problem.

China's not so bullish on Fannie and Freddie after all.
