More than $16,300 worth of jewelry reported stolen from South City home

About $16,385 worth of jewelry was stolen from a South San Francisco home, police said.

Someone stole miscellaneous men’s and women’s jewelry from the master bedroom of the single-family home at 600 Del Monte Ave. in the city’s Buri Buri neighborhood, police said.

The burglary occurred July 29, but the victims didn’t file a police report until Saturday after a friend advised them to do so.

No one has been arrested.

Anyone with information regarding the burglary is asked to contact Officer Delos Santos at (650) 877-8900.
