Miley Cyrus showed Mexican fans her unique tribute to Mexican Independence Day at a concert this week -- a Mexican flag smacking her butt.

The precocious 21-year-old could face criminal charges for her stunt at a concert in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, on Tuesday, in which a backup dancer whipped Cyrus' giant prosthetic rump (don't ask) with the old red, white and green during "23."

"She or her team could be fined up to the equivalent of around $1,200 or be detained for 36 hours," said local lawmaker Francisco Trevino, according to the New York Daily News.

A 32-page section of Mexican law is devoted to the proper use of national emblems and the flag; it does not include twerking.

Despite having committed the equivalent of One Direction rubbing their nethers with the Stars and Stripes on Fourth of July, Cyrus had no comment on the uproar. She did, however, find time to smear on blue eyeliner and tweet, "Obsheshhhhed wit dis liner I juzzzzz got #makeupmiley."

Ben Affleck has confirmed rumors that he was kicked out of a Las Vegas casino in May for counting cards at the blackjack table, according to a Details magazine interview.

"I took some time to learn the game and became a decent blackjack player. And once I became decent, the casinos asked me not to play blackjack," according to TMZ.

He did deny reports that he'd been banned for life.

"I wish I could say they were afraid of me in every capacity," he told Details. "But they only said, 'No blackjack.'"
