Michael Moore to Wisconsin GOP: 'This is war'

"I would say that anyone who lives within driving distance of Madison Wisconsin right now should make their way to the capital," Moore stated on the Rachel Maddow show last night. "This is war. This is class war that has been leveled against working class people in America."

Maddow devoted her evening slot to the breaking news in Wisconsin as Gov. Scott Walker and Republicans pushed through a provision limiting collective bargaining rights for state workers.

Moore called for all students to join a Friday afternoon school walkout, suggesting that high school students across the nation leave class at 2:00 pm in protest.

Moore repeated many themes from his Wisconsin speech and brought a pair of handcuffs to the MSNBC set, boldly declaring that they were for Wall Street bankers.

He also added that the fight that was beginning in Madison, would echo across the nation as the people began to rise up, and said.

"It just has this sort of, can I say, Egyptian feel to it." he added.
