Menlo residents lose suit against high-speed rail 

Two Menlo Park residents lost their legal battle against the California High-Speed Rail Authority and Caltrain. A Sacramento County Superior Court judge threw out the lawsuit, saying it had no merit. The two property owners wanted proof that construction of the high-speed rail line from San Jose to San Francisco could not begin without approval from Caltrain and the CHSRA.
