Man’s videotape of himself speeding used against him 

Stanislav Bakanov of Portland, Ore., provided his own incriminating evidence when he filmed the cop who pulled him over while driving 118 mph.

Bakanov’s video camera was confiscated because the tape had also been filming his BMW speedometer while he was driving more than 140 miles per hour.

Bakanov wanted to make a spectacular posting for YouTube. But instead he got his third speeding arrest in the past year.
