Man’s fire-retardant ruckus at Muni station extinguished by nearby cops 

A man with a fire extinguisher was arrested Sunday for allegedly spraying Muni passengers as they entered the underground station at Church and Market streets.

Cops directing traffic near the station saw and heard the commotion caused by the unruly suspect at about 7:40 p.m., police at Mission Station said.

They took the suspect into custody and booked him on numerous charges of possession of stolen property, battery and a probation violation, police said.
