Man shot in Mission expected to survive; no suspects known

A man was injured in a shooting in the Mission on Saturday night, police Sgt. Eric O'Neal said.

The 22-year-old victim was reportedly in the area of 26th and Folsom streets about 9:30 p.m. when he was shot in the chest and arm, O'Neal said.

He was hospitalized with injuries believe to be nonlife-threatening, O'Neal said.

There are no suspects in custody, or any suspect description as of Sunday morning.
