Man roughed up during Mission district robbery 

A man was bloodied and knocked out during a robbery in the Mission district Saturday, police said Monday.

The 44-year-old victim was walking in the 400 block of 14th Street about 3 a.m. when he was attacked, police said.

The victim reportedly woke up on the ground covered in blood and his cellphone was missing. He did not remember the details of the attack or who attacked him.

He sustained injuries to his head and nose, but refused medical attention at the scene, police said. There are no known suspects at this time.
