Man robbed of tablet on Mission district stoop

A man was robbed of his tablet in the Mission on Monday as he was sitting on his front stoop, police said Thursday.

The 35-year-old victim was on his stoop playing on his tablet near 19th and Bryant streets about 7 p.m. when two young men walked up and asked for a cigarette, police said. The two men appeared to be between 18 and 21 years old.

The victim told the men he doesn't smoke so they grabbed his tablet and fled the scene on foot northbound on Bryant Street.

No arrests have been made.
