Man robbed at knifepoint in Mid-Market pizza parlor 

A man was robbed at knifepoint in a pizza parlor in Mid-Market on Tuesday, police said.

The suspect, a man who appeared to be in his late 30s, and the 40-year-old victim reportedly were having a verbal argument about 2:30 p.m. in the restaurant, which is in the first block of Sixth Street. The suspect then went behind the counter and grabbed a kitchen knife, police said.

He approached the victim with the knife and punched him in the face. He then grabbed the victim's wallet from his jacket pocket and fled.

No arrest has been made.

The victim's injuries were not serious.
