This was head and shoulders above brazen.

A man robbed a Nob Hill pharmacy at knifepoint of several bottles of shampoo on Friday, police said Monday.

The suspect walked into the store at Polk and California streets about 11:42 p.m. and asked for assistance in the shampoo section.

The 21-year-old female employee opened up the shampoo shelf and the suspect began loading bottles into a bag before pulling out a knife and threatening the woman before fleeing the scene with the shampoo.

The employee was not harmed.

The suspect was described by police as a man in his 40s. No arrest has been made.
