Man knifed repeatedly in stomach in San Francisco’s mid-Market 

A man was stabbed repeatedly in the stomach in San Francisco’s mid-Market area on Sunday, police said.

The 64-year-old victim had an argument with the suspect in the 1000 block of Market Street around 8:30 p.m.

He got out of his car, which was being driven by his wife, argued, then was stabbed several times in his abdomen and left side, police said.

The suspect, a man in his 50s, fled on foot. The victim’s wife drove him to the hospital. He was expected to survive, police said.
