Man jumped by 10 thugs in Sunnydale 

A man was jumped by 10 thugs in the Sunnydale area of San Francisco on Tuesday, police said.

The 34-year-old victim was in the 1200 block of Sunnydale Avenue walking home from a bar about 2 a.m. when he was attacked, police said. The goons beat him and went through his pockets, stealing his jacket, wallet and keys.

The victim was able to run away and hide in some bushes where he fell asleep, police said. He woke up later that morning and called police. He was taken to the hospital for a head injury, which was not life threatening.
