Man injured in stabbing in South of Market area 

A man was injured in a stabbing in South of Market early Wednesday morning, police said.

The 34-year-old victim was reportedly involved in an argument with another man, who appeared to be in his 30s, about 2:05 a.m. in the 900 block of Howard Street, police said.

At one point, the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. The victim reportedly told police he did not remember when he was stabbed.

The victim was hospitalized, but his injuries were not life-threatening. The suspect in the stabbing fled and remains at large.
