Man critically injured in Tenderloin stabbing 

A man was critically injured in a stabbing in the Tenderloin on Thursday, police said.

The 22-year-old victim was reportedly involved in an argument with the suspect, a man who appeared to be in his 50s, near Eddy and Hyde streets about 3:30 p.m. when the suspect stabbed the victim.

The suspect fled the scene on foot.

The victim was hospitalized for his injuries, which police said were life threatening.
