Man critically injured in shooting during home invasion robbery in Bayview 

A man was critically injured in a shooting during a home invasion robbery in the Bayview on Wednesday, police said.

Three suspects reportedly took one victim at gunpoint into a residence in the 1500 block of Newhall Street about 11:45 p.m., police said. Once inside, the suspects robbed another victim of his cash while he was in his bedroom.

The suspects then corralled three men and one woman into the kitchen. One of the suspects then fired a number of gunshots that hit one of the men, injuring him critically. Before fleeing the scene, the suspects took the female victim’s purse.

The man that was shot was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The suspects are men in their 20s to 30s, police said. No arrests have been made.
