Man critically injured in Mission district stabbing 

A man was critically injured in a stabbing in the Mission on Saturday, police said.

The 26-year-old victim was reportedly involved in an argument with the suspect in the first block of Albion Street about 1:26 a.m., police said.

The victim reportedly walked away from the argument and the suspect and four other men, all believed to be in their late 20s, went after the victim and attacked him.

One of the men stabbed the victim in the back before they all fled.

The victim was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, police said.

No arrests have been made.
