Man arrested after stabbing two people in the Tenderloin 

A man was arrested in the Tenderloin on Tuesday in connection with two stabbing incidents, police said.

The 44-year-old is accused of stabbing a 50-year-old man in the neck, back and arm as the man sat on the ground in the 100 block of Golden Gate Avenue about 2:05 p.m.

The suspect then fled but got into an argument with another man. The suspect stabbed that man, 39, in the face and fled. Police found the suspect in 900 block of Eddy Street and arrested him. His identity has not been released.

The victims were hospitalized but their injuries were not life-threatening.
