Male victim fatally shot near Crocker Amazon Playground 

A male victim was fatally shot near Crocker Amazon Playground Saturday night, the third homicide in the area of the park this month.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting just before 8 p.m. at Geneva Avenue and Moscow Street, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.

The victim was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he died.

No suspects had been arrested as of Saturday night.

Earlier this month, two young men were fatally shot near Crocker Amazon Playground. Eighteen-year-old Kenyatta Butler Jr. of San Leandro and Donzel Gaines, 19, of San Francisco were killed March 9 while inside a parked car next to a soccer field at the park.
