Living the Good Life: A great bottle of wine

Terra Andina Reserva 2006 Pinot Noir, Valle de Leyda Chile. The label says pinot noir … the nose says it is a blend of dark, ripe fruit with hints of lavender. The palate explodes with a fruit forward approach of black cherry and ripe plum. It envelopes the senses with the passions of a full bodied Rhone blend. Pinot noir? Syrah? You be the judge. It is an absolutely delicious fruit bomb. We made them an offer they couldn’t refuse. 30 cases only.

[Suggested retail $10.99, on sale at $7.99. Good Life Grocery, 448 Cortland Ave., S.F.]
