Lindsay Lohan appears to be remaining on the straight and narrow, but according to her “Canyons” director and Oprah Winfrey, she’s still hella flaky.

Director Paul Schrader ripped into her on Facebook for her alleged “refusal to support” any “Canyons” promotions, listing off all the ways in which she apparently blew everyone off at the Venice Film Festival, a feature in the New Yorker, a cover for Film Comment and most other publicity vehicles presented to her.

“I hired her when no one else would,” Schrader writes. “She fought to keep the role when I wanted to fire her for unreliability… I can only surmise that Lindz had decided that Canyons is part of a reprobate past she must put behind her in order to move forward.”

Hey now, Paul, don’t take it personally, because she also tried to blow off Oprah, according to TMZ. The TV mogul reportedly shelled out $2 million to LiLo to take part in a “docu-series” about her life (which is a fancy way of saying “reality TV show”) on the OWN Network, but Lohan was a repeat no-show for filming.

Winfrey reportedly hunted her down at her mom’s house and threatened to yank all the money unless she stepped up to the plate. Ditching engagements was Lohan’s calling card pre-rehab, but this time at least Oprah’s smack down seems to have worked. Lindsay has started showing up. Progress not perfection, LiLo.
