Liberal judge strikes down Wisconsin collective bargaining law 

Liberal Wisconsin judge Maryann Sumi has struck down the law that would limit public sector unions collective bargaining powers. The ruling is likely moot, as the issue is expected to be decided by the state's Supreme Court anyway.
