Who better to discuss the rise of the Tea Party movement than two washed up former officials in the Bush administration clawing for their remaining minutes of fame?

Former Bush speechwriter David Frum lamented that the movement 'wasn't helpful' to the GOP and former Press Secretary Scott McClellan trashed the movement as a ' divisive protest movement that plays too much to people’s fears and hatred.'
