Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis are just pals — and they have joined forces to shoot down rumors that hacked photos from her cellphone showed him in an, ahem, exposed state.

“At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails,” the gorgeous stars said in a rare joint statement about shots of a certain male body part that were spuriously attributed to the “SexyBack” singer. “The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false.”

“In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them,” the statement continued in a nod to J.T.’s classic “SNL” skit. “Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession.”

We hope you appreciated our restraint in reporting this item without making a single “Friends With Benefits” joke. Seriously, it took a lot of effort.

Ryan and Olivia?

They might seem like an awfully cute couple, but don’t get excited about the prospect of Ryan Reynolds and Olivia Wilde hooking up: It ain’t happening, per a Radar Online source.

The photogenic pair — each of whom recently ended a marriage and has been linked to a number of Hollywood hotties since then — were snapped strolling together in N.Y. over the weekend.

But, “Ryan and Olivia are just friends,” the insider said of the “Change-Up” co-stars, who share some sparks-filled scenes in the flick. “They have been friends for a long time and are just hanging out together.”

Has Cameron struck out?

Alex Rodriguez is over his on-off relationship with Cameron Diaz for good, Page Six reports.

“For weeks he’s been trying to get out of the relationship,” one source said. Allegedly, the Yankees slugger had been telling pals they’d split, “but she has been in denial about it.”

In the past, the couple have defied rumors that they’ve gone their separate ways, but this time the breakup is said to be a done deal.

“They have broken up before and got back together, and who knows if it may happen again,” noted another source. “But I get the sense that it won’t. He was losing interest and is ready to move on.”

Added the source, “They remain friends and it is amicable. They are career-minded professionals, and they continue to focus on their own priorities.”

That source obviously missed out on a stellar career as a publicist.
