Jackson Rancheria offers jazz, cash grand prizes

Jackson Rancheria Casino and Hotel is offering exciting opportunities for its guests to walk away with incredible prizes, all while having a great time, in March and April.

Get ready to Roll With The Punches at Jackson for multiple chances to win a share of up to $180,000 cash or a new Mercedes Benz.

By playing with your Dreamcatcher’s Club card on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays in March and April, guests will be able to watch for hot-seat drawings throughout the day. Winners will play the Punch Board game for up to $500 cash.

Plus, for every 200 points earned on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays during the promotion, participants get an entry in one of two grand-prize drawings.

For every 200 points earned on promotion days from March 1 through March 25, you get one entry for the grand-finale drawing March 26, with prizes up to $10,000 cash.

In addition, every 200 points earned on promotion days from April 1 through 29, you get one entry for the grand-finale drawing April 30, with prizes of $1,000, $5,000, and a 2011 Mercedes Benz.

Winners will have 10 minutes to claim their prize or it will be forfeited and another entry drawn.

Also coming to Jackson is the 33rd annual Mother Lode Hot Jazz Party on April 30 and May 1.

“The annual Mother Lode Jazz Party is not only one of the most anticipated musical events in this region, but also a major contributor to local nonprofit organizations,” Jackson Rancheria CEO Rich Hoffman said. “Over the three-plus decades, proceeds from this event have contributed over $300,000 to area organizations. We’re proud to announce that this year’s party will benefit ARC, the Jackson Revitalization Committee and Friends of Amador Music.”

New this year is an evening of Cool Blues on April 30. Maxx Cabello Jr. will open for headliner Tommy Castro.

The Hot Jazz Party is on May 1. Tom Rigney and Flambeau will headline, joined by Dr. Bach and the Jazz Practitioners, Jasscity Jazz Band, Tess and Hip Trash, Speakeazy Jazz Orchestra, and First Take featuring Rick Metz. Entertaining between sets will be the youth group ACUS’D Jazz Band.

Tickets are $25 for one day, $40 for both days and are only available at the Dreamcatcher’s Club in the casino.
