Jack White. Founder of three legendary bands. Owner of his own Nashville-based label and recording studio, Third Man Records. Studio knob-twiddler extraordinaire. And ... Juggalo?

Yes, dear God in heaven, it’s true. Sans face paint, of course, but White is definitely batting for the Insane Clown Posse team.

Starting Sept. 13, fans can acquire the zany duo’s latest Jack-produced single as a 7” or digital download via www.thirdmanrecords.com. And it’s every bit as surreal as you would expect from such an unlikely team-up.

The B-side is “Mountain Girl,” featuring Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope reflecting on meth, moonshine and shotgun weddings. The A-side, “Leck Mich Im Arsch” (you can easily suss out the translation) marries an actual Mozart melody with lyrics sung in operatic German and longtime White associates Jeff The Band’s rock-heavy backdrop.

And since White still adores vinyl, there will be 100 tri-color “Leck” singles on sale at the Third Man Rolling Record Store at the MI Fest in Brooklyn, Mich., on Sept. 17; another 50 will be randomly inserted into mail order packages leaving Third Man’s Nashville offices next month.
