Internship allows students to learn about city jobs

High school students can get a flavor of what it means to work as a public servant – and get paid to do it as part of the San Francisco YouthWorks program.

The internship program allows students to work with city employees to learn about jobs skills needed for public service careers.

The program leaders are now accepting applications, which are due May 7 by 5 p.m.
